Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a great, holistic, and gentle approach to promote detoxification and decrease swelling and/or fluid retention. Our lymphatic system is made up of an intricate network of vessels and nodes within the body. The nodes help filter your lymph fluid before it returns to the body. We highly recommend this massage pre or post surgical operation to help increase the detoxification process and to decrease swelling that may occur after the procedure.

Labor Prep Massage

Labor prep massage is a full body, 90 minute massage with specific acupressure points on ankles to naturally encourage labor. No matter what your birth plan is - this massage will help with the labor process.

The pressure points in ankles and feet help induce labor, relieve lower back, and muscle contraction discomfort. This treatment is a gentle but effective way to nudge the body to get ready for labor. It works with the body to ripen the cervix, efface + dilate. This massage can open the pelvis to encourage baby's descent and  promote a speedier birth.
