Key Points

  • Round ligaments anchor the uterus and can cause tightness or discomfort during pregnancy, limiting space for the baby.

  • Webster Technique addresses pelvic alignment and releases ligament tension to restore function.

  • Benefit: Proper alignment and ligament release create optimal room for baby and reduce round ligament pain.

Every woman has 2️⃣ round ligaments, both right and left attach from the apex of the uterus down to the labia majora.

These two ligaments anchor down the uterus. If they are pulling it can cause tightness, discomfort and less room for baby!

Using the Webster technique, we address the bio mechanical function of the pelvis and assess for ligament hypertonicity (tightness).

When the pelvis is aligned and the ligaments are released, function is restored allowing optimal room for baby to grow!🌱

Come see our Webster certified chiropractors at BirthCo. if you or someone you know is experiencing round ligament pain.
